Diablo Green Consulting, Inc. (DGC) is a Woman-Owned California Corporation providing environmental consulting services for Phase I, Phase II, ALTA Land Title Surveys, NEPA and CEQA evaluations, wetland delineations, natural resource management, and cultural resource management to clients who have commercial and industrial property transactions, land agreements for purchase or sale, wireless telecommunications tower projects, and a variety of other transactions requiring due diligence.

DGC was formed in 2005 as an environmental consulting company to service Northern and Southern California and states of the West Coast. The company was formed by Ms. Holly Moore, Registered Environmental Assessor (REA) certified by the State of California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC). Ms. Moore is the owner and president of the company.

DGC is a California Corporation number C2748513. Ms. Moore maintains an in-depth knowledge of the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) and Phase II (Subsurface Investigation) industry, which enables DGC to provide the required due diligence demanded by the financial industry and compile data and recommendations into high quality reports quickly and cost effectively. All work is completed in accordance with accepted industry standards and/or client defined protocols.

DGC’s market includes real estate developers, financial institutions, property owners, open space trust organizations, commercial and industrial property purchasers and landowners, and land purchasers subject to Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980. CERCLA is commonly known as Superfund, and “created a tax on the chemical and petroleum industries and provided broad Federal authority to respond directly to releases or threatened releases of hazardous substances that may endanger public health or the environment.”
